Savannas are found in hot areas around grasslands and deserts. A savanna is a rolling plain (grassland, basically) with diverse animals and a growth of trees (makes it unique). Savannas are found mostly in Africa, South America, Australia and Asia. They generally border rainforests.
Savannas have a relatively warm climate, and only has two seasons. One is a wet summer, and the other a dry winter. Savannas are also very dry, so trees are patterned in clumps, not forests. There are many grazing animals here, but also some predators that use the grazers for food. There are some rain and monsoons in the summer, but it sometimes cooler than winter. The hot and humid air can cause lots of precipitation.
